Politique de remboursement

Store Credit only, within 30 days of the package being marked as delivered to the customer. If it is for a returned package, same applies. Store credit will be issued as an E-Gift Card sent to the email address associated with the order. There is no guarantee of store credit if there was a claim filed with Route that was not approved.

We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages marked delivered by the courier that are not in the possession of the receiver. We are not responsible for any damaged goods or packages. Buyer [customer] is responsible for purchasing Route Package Protection for their order if they would like insurance on their products. 

We DO NOT refund or replace any orders. If you'd like your order to have the possibility of being replaced, then select Route at checkout.

Always ensure to enter a reliable and correct address at checkout to avoid issues. If packages have been lost or stolen from past purchases, whether made from Belle Nubian or other companies, please have your packages sent to a PO Box or reliable location. There will be no reimbursement of any kind.
