Store Credit only, within 30 days of the package being marked as delivered to the customer. If it is for a returned package, same applies. Store credit will be issued as an E-Gift Card sent to the email address associated with the order. There is no guarantee of store credit if there was a claim filed with Route that was not approved.
Store Credit will be issued within 1-3 business days.
We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or packages marked delivered by the courier that are not in the possession of the receiver. We are not responsible for any damaged goods or packages. By purchasing with Naturelle Nubian, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Always ensure to enter a reliable and correct address at checkout to avoid issues. If packages have been lost or stolen from past purchases, whether made from Naturelle Nubian or other companies, please have your packages sent to a PO Box or reliable location. There will be no reimbursement of any kind.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in sellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please be aware that store credit only applies for the original amount paid on products, NOT shipping charges. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded if a label has already been created and/or the package has left our facility.
In case of exchange, the buyer pays return shipping as well as a re-shipping fee for the replacement item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged:

- Waist Trainers
- Opened Pills
To complete your store credit, we require a receipt as proof of purchase.
Without a receipt, your store credit will not be processed.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable, at our discretion)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund in the form of store credit will be processed within 1-3 business days.
We reserve the right to decline any return for any given reason.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
