Shipping Policy



Although this may not apply to every order, please be aware that international shipments coming from the United States into a foreign country or territory may carry customs or import charges. These charges are completely separate from shipping charges and are the responsibility of the receiver, not the shipper. Naturelle Nubian does not pay nor reimburse any customs, duties, tariffs or taxes paid by the receiver to their respective governing postal couriers. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or packages marked delivered by the courier that are not in the possession of the receiver. We are not responsible for any damaged goods or packages. Buyer [customer] is responsible for purchasing Route Package Protection for their order if they would like insurance on their products.

File a claim with Route if you selected Route shipment protection at checkout [please see your confirmation email].
Download the Route App and follow the VERY EASY steps to file your claim.
If you do not wish to file a claim, you can also visit or call your local post office to inquire if the package is at their facility.
All issues pertaining to lost, missing or stolen orders must be done by the buyer through the Route App.
If Route Package Protection was not selected at checkout and you opted out of insurance for your order, you must file a claim with the courier.
We DO NOT refund or replace any orders. If you'd like your order to have the possibility of being replaced, then select Route at checkout.

By purchasing with Naturelle Nubian, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Always ensure to enter a reliable and correct address at checkout to avoid issues. If packages have been lost or stolen from past purchases, whether made from Naturelle Nubian or other companies, please have your packages sent to a PO Box or reliable location. There will be no reimbursement of any kind.

***Due to Global Health Conditions out of our control, there may be some delays in the delivery of packages, both domestic and international. We are not responsible for any packages marked delivered by carrier or postal workers not in your possession. Any issues pertaining to packages marked delivered, it is the responsibility of the receiver to file a claim online. In addition, we are not responsible for any delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic or the holding of any packages by International agencies. This is not typical for every customer, but should be taken into consideration.***


Retail Shipping Rates:

Domestic Regular Shipping (3-10 business days): $11.95

Domestic Express Shipping (2-5 business days): $31

International First-Class Shipping (7-14 business days)**: $36
International Express Shipping (4-6 business days)**: $61 [Except for Africa, 2 week minimum]

Free Shipping (if applicable):

Orders above $300 will receive FREE Standard First-Class shipping unless otherwise stated in shipment confirmation email.

Orders above $600 will receive FREE Priority shipping unless otherwise stated in shipment confirmation email.

Business Days:

Business days are Monday-Saturday NOT including Holidays OR Weekends.

The United States Postal Service is closed on weekends as well as Federal and National Holidays.

Please keep in mind that the postal service does NOT ship nor do they move items to other facilities on weekends. For example, if your order is placed Friday after 3pm, it will be in USPS possession until Monday when they resume transportation and delivery.

Backordered/Out of Stock Items:

If your order contains a backordered or out of stock item (listed on your invoice or communicated through email), your shipping time may be delayed unless you contact the shipping department ( to let us know you would like to make a substitution (buyer pays difference in price when applicable; replacement item must be of same or greater price) or if you would like the rest of your order shipped ahead and have the back ordered or out of stock item shipped at a later time. When choosing the latter, the buyer pays the second shipping fee and receives a free gift (if eligible). Under no circumstance will shipping fee be waived once buyer agrees to split order into

Returned Or Refused Packages
If any package gets returned to us by the carrier there is a reshipping fee in the value of original shipping paid by the buyer. This applies for any of the following:

- Packages that the carrier was unable to deliver due to Insufficient Address

- Customer missed 3 Delivery Attempts

- Customer failed to pick up package from UPS Access Point or Post Office after delivery was missed

- Postal Carrier states customer refused the package

- Naturelle Nubian is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or packages marked as delivered that are claimed to not be in possession of the receiver. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
